Relaxes uterine muscles, reduces stress, helps womb to relax, prevents from storing negative energy, purifies blood and womb, circulates old fluids, helps restore and enhance positive energy, releasing energy that no longer serves you and cleanses, purifies, stimulates the womb.

To use, bring water to boil and add amount of herbs as desired in a large pot. Bring to a simmer  for at least 20 minutes. Strain once complete and hot water directly to bath. 

If using herbs for a yoni steam you can do the same method and add to a glass bowl or stainless pot. You can squat/rest on all fours over the bowl with a large skirt or towel to keep steam under your yoni if you do not have a yoni steaming chair. Steam yourself for at least 30-45 mins. You can add hot water as you go along to make the steam last longer. 

All herbs are mixed together and sealed by hand. All herbs are organic and contain no synthetics.
